📋 Description
• Data Entry: enter and upload invoices, verify work orders in Kissflow, create and organize files as required. • Job Costing: Monitor internal job costing, process paperwork and create invoices, produce spreadsheets and upload into Sage 300, investigate any issues that arise. • Vendor Payables: Code owner operator paper invoices for submission to AP for entry.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have 1 year Account Receivable experience • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals • Experience using Sage 300 preferred • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills • Great communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal external stakeholders
