Requirements
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Experience working with Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and APIs. • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, C#, and .NET. • Strong skills with Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure). • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems. • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions. • Proven experience in leading CRM projects from conception to completion. • Familiarity with business process automation and optimization using Dynamics 365. • Ability to diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions. • Knowledge of best practices for CRM data management and security. • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Confident and professional communication with customers. • Proficient in written and spoken English. • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules. • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
