• For every person joining us, there is a path and opportunity to reach an executive role and become a company partner. • You will deliver paid advertising across various client accounts and industries. • Work closely with Key Account Managers to provide account reviews, audits, and research for paid media strategies. • Deliver campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and more. • Provide knowledge leadership and train within the Paid Media team. • Monitor output quality and help drive processes forward for team efficiency.
• At least 2 years of recent PPC and Social advertising experience including management of accounts with large budgets across various markets. • A self-starter with strong follow-through orientation and commercial awareness. • Ability to work on your initiative with minimal supervision. • Experience in training, motivating, and supporting colleagues. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks. • Experience using multiple paid advertising platforms. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and positive attitude. • Confident analytical skills and eye for detail. • Problem-solving skills and adaptability. • Strong MS Excel skills and be highly numerate. • Google Ads and Google Analytics certified or working towards it. • Demonstrable knowledge of at least two industries: Finance, Education, eCommerce, or B2B.
