Requirements

• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to assess user needs, behaviors, and motivations through research and data analysis. • Stakeholder Communication: Excellent facilitation skills to lead workshops and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to transform complex technical requirements into user-friendly designs. • Prototyping Expertise: Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts. • User-Centric Approach: Focus on creating designs that prioritize user experience, balancing business goals and technical constraints. • Collaboration Skills: Able to work closely with UI designers, developers, and product teams to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff. • Up-to-date with UX Trends: Stay current with UX best practices, tools, and emerging trends in design. • Empathy and Attention to Detail: Understanding user pain points and being detail-oriented in creating intuitive designs. • Intermediate Google Analytics user skills, experience in brand management or project management are bonuses.
