Requirements

•At least one year of experience in user research and user experience is expected in this role. •Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to assess user needs, behaviors, and motivations through research and data analysis. •Stakeholder Communication: Excellent facilitation skills to lead workshops and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. •Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to transform complex technical requirements into user-friendly designs. •Prototyping Expertise: Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts. •User-Centric Approach: Focus on creating designs that prioritize user experience, balancing business goals and technical constraints. •Collaboration Skills: Able to work closely with UI designers, developers, and product teams to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff. •Up-to-date with UX Trends: Stay current with UX best practices, tools, and emerging trends in design. •Empathy and Attention to Detail: Understanding user pain points and being detail-oriented in creating intuitive designs. •Bonus Skills: Intermediate Google Analytics user skills; experience in brand management or project management.
