• Support SchemeServe customers by building and maintaining insurance products on our platform • Troubleshoot issues and respond to support requests • Help new clients bring their insurance products to life
🎯 Requirements
• Background in insurance or underwriting (at least 2yrs+) • UK based (although the position is fully remote) • Nice to have: Experience as a Configuration Analyst or as a Business/Systems Analyst for SaaS insurance software solutions
