🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Knowledge or experience of new approaches and solutions for affordable and accessible investment and insurance products in fostering resilient homes, businesses, and communities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Microsoft Office and excellent written communication skills. • Fluency in English. • Ability to juggle different tasks simultaneously and prioritize projects efficiently. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with humility, in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience or interest in working in a cross-cultural, multi-country context, preferably with experience of engaging a wide group of professionals. • Experience with a program, educational or conference organization is preferred. • Experience producing short, compelling written content is an advantage.
