📋 Description
• Possess a good understanding of Electrical distribution with the ability to analyse the data and alarms generated by Electrical Distribution Assets (transformers, Breakers, Relay, Motors) into meaningful insights and actions. • Extracts and analyses data and runs analytics (software/expert-based) • Observe the health of assets, including condition-based analytics • Notify customers about the asset alarm condition through voice and email communication. • Interacts with customers and provides remote troubleshooting (e.g., phone, chat, email, etc) • Acts based on customer requests to create cases; initiates work order creation to dispatch Field Services • Interacts with a Network of experts for advanced support of data analysis and recommendations to the customer
🎯 Requirements
• Service experience with power/power monitoring equipment/industrial applications • Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and proficiency with one-line diagrams • Strong Technical writing and computer knowledge, fluency with Microsoft Office tools. • Superior analytical abilities and a high degree of proficiency in working with data • Willingness to work in rotational shifts. • 2+ years of field experience as a service engineer for UPS, Cooling systems will be an added advantage
