📋 Description

• Work as part of the Medical Department to deliver medical strategy • Support in-house medical activities and external KOL and HCP Advocacy development • Interact with Quality and Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Ideation, Learning and Development, and Commercial teams • Assist with the approval process of artwork and marketing materials. • Provide advice for medical information queries. • Support the delivery of content for the L&D department. • Conduct literature searches for customers. • Contribute to clinical research project design and implementation under guidance. • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers. • Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry events. • Work with NPD team on new ideas for projects and products.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc Nutrition • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical affairs, preferably within the nutritional supplements or more general nutrition industry. • Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and regulatory environments. • Completed research projects in the past (ideally post graduate level) • An aptitude for science and applying scientific rigor to clinical studies, claim validation and review of promotional materials • Ability to provide and translate scientific insights into new product development • Experience in delivering education to healthcare professionals • Demonstrated ability to manage and work with others diplomatically, and effectively, on complicated subject matter. • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to understand the science and clinical aspects of a product portfolio • Demonstrated understanding and experience of competitive study design and execution • Ability to challenge and influence change.
