Description

• Join Scotts Miracle-Gro as a Sr Analyst in Supply Chain Planning/Replenishment. • Collaborate with teams to achieve sales and supply chain goals. • Provide inventory fulfillment, forecasting, and replenishment recommendations. • Execute consensus process through financial forecasting and S&OP. • Ensure planning incorporates actions taken for cash flow and inventory objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. • Advanced proficiency in Excel required. • System experience using SAP, JDA, or similar ERP systems. • Business experience in Demand and Replenishment Planning in retail or consumer products environment preferred. • General understanding of inventory management, and retail replenishment preferred. • Professional experience in a Supply Chain related field preferred. • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
