📋 Description

• Help build the core of Centralize’s product across the stack. • Completely own features end-to-end & work directly with the founders to scope out the problem space. • Build high-quality, durable integrations with various software apps. • Build beautiful frontend components & scalable backend systems at lightning speed. • Make complex LLM pipelines work at near-perfect accuracy. • Iterate rapidly with customers to address their requests & help shape the engineering roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication skills in speaking & writing. • Expertise in building complex frontend & backend systems (React, NextJS, background jobs, DB architecture, etc). • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies. • Skilled at taking undefined product thinking & independently scoping + executing large features optimizing for speed with attention to scale. • History of building large, impressive products either at a past company or on their own. • Extremely high bar for quality and attention to detail. • Care about user success and satisfaction. • Kind, humble, and a great team player. • Bonus points if you’ve worked in the GTM tooling space or been a founder or founding engineer.
