Description

β€’ Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute data-driven experiments and A/B tests, focusing on Content initiatives. β€’ Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion rates, and content performance to identify growth opportunities and inform product and search and recommendation optimization strategies. β€’ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders based on statistical analysis and data interpretation. β€’ Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics. β€’ Work closely with stakeholders to define and track KPIs and design Product Analytics roadmap to drive UGC strategy. β€’ Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and instrumentation, providing guidance on tracking implementation and data integrity. β€’ Collaborate with the data engineering team to refine and enhance data infrastructure and architecture to support advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience (2+ years) in product analytics, preferably in a high-velocity product environment, with a track record of delivering impactful insights and driving growth. β€’ Understanding of statistical analysis methods, experimental design, and hypothesis testing. β€’ Experience with A/B testing methodologies, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and other advanced analytics techniques. β€’ Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar tools to create compelling dashboards and reports. β€’ Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. β€’ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all analyses. β€’ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
