• Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute data-driven experiments and A/B tests, focusing on SEO initiatives. • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion rates, and website performance to identify growth opportunities and inform product optimization strategies. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders based on statistical analysis and data interpretation. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate critical KPIs and performance metrics. • Work closely with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and dashboards to inform decision-making. • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and instrumentation, providing guidance on tracking implementation and data integrity. • Collaborate with the data engineering team to refine and enhance data infrastructure and architecture to support advanced analytics and reporting capabilities. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and product marketing, to drive the implementation of data-driven solutions and recommendations. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SEO practices, analytics tools, and statistical methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in the SEO domain. • Expert knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science. • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Looker, or similar. • Solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building. • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect analytical insights to business objectives. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analysis within tight deadlines.
