Description

• Review functionality requirements and write test cases accordingly. • Conduct manual testing to ensure product quality and functionality. • Document anomalies found during testing by opening JIRA tickets. • Follow up on JIRA tickets to ensure timely resolution. • Communicate progress and updates with the project team. • Must have proficiency in French language. • Work 40 hours per week. • Knowledge of B2C Customer loyalty Program, Pharmacy Management System, and Retail systems is an asset.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role. • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. • Proficiency in writing test cases and executing manual tests. • Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking systems. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of French language is required. • Previous experience in B2C Customer loyalty Program is preferred. • Previous experience in Pharmacy Management System, and Retail systems is preferred.
