Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centric, responsive designs for web and mobile platforms. • Mastery of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. • Strong ability to articulate design decisions, influence stakeholders, and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. • A genuine interest in public sector challenges and a desire to improve how governments serve their communities. • Familiarity with Agile development environments and a flexible approach to iterative design. • Ability to mentor and guide future junior designers as the team expands. • A knack for translating complex problems into simple, elegant design solutions. • A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and continuously improving your craft.
