β’ Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements and expectations. β’ Design solutions and gather feedback from cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Security, BI, DBA, and BizOps. β’ Create technical documentation in Confluence, including ERD diagrams, UMLs, and process flows. β’ Develop efficient and scalable on-premise solutions following best practices and coding standards. β’ Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery. β’ Support production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
π― Requirements
β’ Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer. β’ At least 5 years of experience with Java. β’ Strong technical background in enterprise software development. β’ Ability to independently manage feature development from inception to deployment. β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills. β’ Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams. β’ Very good English skills.
