📋 Description
• Op basis van jouw expertise zal je kwalitatieve (payroll en/of post-payroll gerelateerde) processen uitvoeren voor jouw klant(en) op hun SAP systeem. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse voorbereiding en afhandeling van de payrollrun, conform wetgeving en interne procedures. • Je werkt nauw samen met de HR-afdeling van je klant en ondersteunt hen bij payroll- en post-payroll gerelateerde vragen. • Je herkent en stelt optimalisaties voor en bouwt zo aan een sterke partnerschapsrelatie met je klant. • Je zorgt ook voor periodieke en klantspecifieke rapportering.

• Allround passie voor IT en een sterke drive om met plezier mensen te helpen. • Je bent servicegericht, helpt graag mensen, begrijpt wat voor iemand belangrijk is. • Je hebt kennis van Belgische payroll en/of post-payroll processen, hands-on of via opleiding. • Je hebt noties van sociale wetgeving. • Je legt graag nieuwe contacten en omarmt groei en verandering. • Je bent goed met cijfers en nauwkeurigheid is jouw ding. • Met je analytische aanpak weet je snel verbanden te leggen en deze verder te ontwikkelen. • Je leert snel, neemt initiatief, kunt je werk zelfstandig plannen en denkt proactief. • Daarnaast ben je een goede teamspeler. • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een troef. • Werkervaring met SAP HR is een pluspunt.
