Description

•Support Treasury Enterprise Application (EA) platform systems through the Application Development Sustainment Services (ADSS) program •Oversee the implementation and technical strategy for the ServiceNow platform, including system integration and processes •Guide development teams by aligning technical solutions with business needs •Collaborate with development and IT partners to build, document, and test ServiceNow •Act as a liaison between technical teams and the client’s IT community to translate IT requirements into documentation and conceptual designs •Work directly with IT stakeholders and the development team in both lead developer and strategic architect roles •Support all phases of the project, including content authoring and peer-reviewing a variety of documents

Requirements

•8+ years of experience in the development, operations, and/or maintenance of integrated IT systems/applications •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer •MUST RESIDE in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract •5+ years of working experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal, App Engine, SPM, and HR Service Delivery (Nice to have) •Hands-on experience (>480 hours each) implementing or architecting 24 or more ServiceNow applications (Nice to have) •ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (Nice to have) •Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and other relevant languages (Nice to have) •Excellence in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations (Nice to have) •Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles (Nice to have) •Exceptional problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (Nice to have) •Excellent technical leadership abilities and desire for additional responsibilities (Nice to have) •Vast experience across various ServiceNow platform parts and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies (Nice to have) •Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives (Nice to have) •Expertise in conflict resolution to mitigate risks and ensure timely project delivery (Nice to have)
