• Project Manager position with SEARCH in archaeology team • Based out of Guam or Hawaii, supporting cultural resources management projects • Flexible work environment and collaborative atmosphere • Competitive total compensation with strong health and wellness and retirement plans • Deliver projects on-time, within budget, and meet client expectations • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively • Provide administrative support for SEARCH Guam office
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Graduate degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, Business, or a related field. • Experience in project management and the supervision of cultural resource or other related projects from contract award to client delivery. • Minimum ten years of supervisory experience encompassing time in field, laboratory, and office within the CNMI and/or Pacific Region. • Expertise in Pacific archaeology and well versed in state and federal laws and guidelines governing cultural resource management. • Ability to obtain government security clearance. • Experience providing leadership and building a healthy team culture on your projects. • Living in Hawaii or Guam at time of hire.
