Description

• 100% Remote (within +/- 2hrs of Berlin CET). • We help SMBs automate ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 fast and easy. • Integrates with a company’s tech stack (like AWS, Azure AD, Jira). • Resolve complex technical issues as final escalation in support team. • Develop understanding of product capabilities and market feedback. • Build resources for customers and establish Support Engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of customer-facing, technical experience as a support engineer, product engineer, or solutions engineer in a B2B SaaS environment. • 1-3 years of backend experience with Java Spring Boot, Typescript, and PostgreSQL. • Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. • Familiar with Zendesk or other ticketing software. • Expert problem solver in a fast-paced startup environment. • Calm and patient demeanor with challenging customer interactions. • Ownership mindset with ownership of end-to-end processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Hard working, excited about learning in a startup environment. • Fast learner, comfortable with new technology.
