Description

• As a core member of our automation and testing initiatives, you’ll own the direction, evolution and integration of them within the larger MARVEL SNAP team. • You will report to the Lead Engineer of the Tools and Client Platform team and collaborate with analysts, engineers, and artists to create test suites, build pipelines, and develop tools to ensure we deliver the highest quality games possible to our players!

Requirements

• To be able to work independently charting the course for the company in test and automation • Passion for empowering teams with best in class automated testing tools, frameworks, and test harnesses to improve operations • Knowledge of industry’s best testing practices, including regression, acceptance, functional, and load testing • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipeline solutions and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines • Experience with GitHub and GitHub Action • Experience leading testing automation initiatives • High levels of empathy and support for team members • An agile mindset, a desire for constant improvement of tooling, automation and process to improve the quality of our products and the lives of our teammates • Ability to navigate projects in a start up environment with some level of uncertainty and a seek and solve mindset • Experience with test automation in Unity • Passion for playing and making great games
