•Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated UX Researcher to join our team. •We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial team working at the convergence of technology and national security. •As a UX Researcher specializing in cybersecurity, you will leverage your understanding of cybersecurity principles and Day 2 operations to gather insights that inform the design of our tools. •Your work will focus on understanding user needs related to risk assessment, mitigation, and the creation of dashboards that provide actionable insights into the security posture of software applications. •This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.
•At least three years of experience in UX research or related fields, with a focus on cybersecurity and application security tools. •Proven experience as a UX Researcher, particularly in the cybersecurity domain and Day 2 operations. •Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk assessment, and application security posture. •Expertise in designing data-driven dashboards and understanding integrated workflows for security operations. •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. •Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and their application •Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly presenting findings to diverse audiences. •Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and design.
