Description

• Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated UX Researcher to join our team. • As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in understanding the needs and behaviors of our users. • Your research will inform the design of our developer tools, ensuring that they meet the real-world challenges faced by development teams. • You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate user insights into actionable recommendations. • This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in user research or related fields, with a focus on B2B or technical products • Proven experience as a UX Researcher, preferably within SaaS or developer tools environments • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and their application • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar (a plus) • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to diverse audiences • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product management, design, and engineering teams
