📋 Description

• Join Securitas as a ServiceNow Functional Business Analyst • Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation • Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing processes and workflows in ServiceNow • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes • Ensure successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related IT field • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow • Proven experience in requirement gathering, process design, and solution implementation • Good knowledge on the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required • ITIL or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other relevant certifications are a plus • Experience in conducting training sessions and preparing user documentation • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
