Description

• COMPANY OVERVIEW: Securly, Inc. is the leader in K-12 student safety. • ROLE IMPACT: Work with AI technology to assess harmful online activity, contributing to student well-being. • LOCATION: Remote position (UK-based candidates only). • HOURS: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM BST (flexible arrangements). • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and analyze AI-flagged online activity. • Make critical decisions on the severity of flagged content. • Manage communication with school districts via email and phone. • Maintain detailed documentation of reviewed cases. • Collaborate with the Student Safety Group. • Meet performance metrics and contribute to AI systems improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in schools or Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) • Experience in social-emotional wellbeing assistance • Experience in asset protection • Experience in education • Experience in law enforcement • Experience in crisis prevention/counseling • Experience in similar roles involving student safety or welfare • Understanding of child safety and online risks (training will be provided) • Ability to analyze and resolve complex situations • Comfortable with modern technology, including: • Interest in and awareness of current youth culture and trends • Focus on detailed tasks for extended periods • Make thoughtful decisions • Handle sensitive content professionally • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally • Open-minded approach to different perspectives with fairness and empathy • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Genuine commitment to student safety and well-being
