Description
• Identifying and nurturing new opportunities and leads using LinkedIn and other online tools • Updating/maintaining Hubspot CRM • Researching UK/Europe events for potential speaking and training opportunities • Responding to product/service enquiries • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and markets • Contacting potential clients via email or phone • Working with the Marketing Executive to plan new marketing initiatives • Keeping clients informed about new developments in the company's service offering • Developing quotes and proposals • Following up on quotes/proposals and accurately recording responses • Assisting in maintaining a 3-6 month pipeline of contacts/work • Researching potential guests for the Inclusion Bites podcast
Requirements
• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office software • Confident in written and spoken English • Passion and interest for creating a more inclusive world • Ability to work under own initiative and be self-starting
