Experience with frameworks like Express or NestJS. • Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, foster inclusivity, and champion team culture. • Web3 Interest: Knowledge or interest in the Web3 ecosystem, including wallets, transactions, IDOs/ICOs, and DeFi concepts (e.g., staking, farming, liquidity pools). • User-Centric Development: Experience working in user-focused environments, balancing technical requirements with customer needs. • Adaptability: Proven ability to manage changing priorities and ensure high-quality deliverables in fast-paced environments. • Desirable: Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology. • Experience with high-risk environments such as payment platforms. • Proficiency with AWS and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform). • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related education
