Description

• Create visually appealing and high-quality designs for various platforms, including social media, presentations, marketing materials, websites and more. • Develop engaging animations and motion graphics for promotional videos, explainer videos, product demos, and other multimedia content. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. • Translate project briefs and concepts into compelling visual assets that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity. • Maintain consistency in design elements, style, and branding across all projects and platforms. • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.

Requirements

• Possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in design and animation software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Blender, or equivalent tools. • Proven experience in graphic design, animation, and multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively. • Experience in the web3 space or a strong interest in blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps) is a major bonus. • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, multimedia arts, or a related field is preferred.
