•Create visual effects art assets that balance performance, efficiency, and artistry; •Research, conceptualize, and derive quality visual effects from references; •Collaborate with the art director, game designers, and developers; •Share knowledge and best practices with teammates; •Actively participate in technical and artistic discussions; •Ability to summarize work and documentation for communication.

Requirements

•4+ years of experience in similar roles with at least one AAA game shipped on PC or console; •Prior experience creating 2D and 3D stylized visual effects; •Experience working with Unreal game engine and Niagara; •Knowledge of software like Maya/Blender/Houdini, Photoshop/Substance, Embergen, etc.
