•Seedify is a leading Web3 Gaming Incubator and Launchpad focusing on innovative technologies. •Seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer/Technical Architect with extensive experience in fullstack development. •You will be 25% hands-on with code and 75% focused on solutioning. •Lead the design and architecture of scalable systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. •Provide guidance on integrating blockchain/Web3 technologies and drive architectural decisions. •Contribute to the development of key features and conduct code reviews. •Lead initiatives to scale existing systems and address performance bottlenecks. •Contribute to the overall technical strategy and identify opportunities for innovation. •Work closely with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. •Make a positive impact on team productivity by mentoring engineers and advocating for technical excellence.

Requirements

•9+ years of fullstack development experience with a recent focus on React, NextJS, TypeScript, and Node.js. •Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable, high-performance systems with extensive written documentation artifacts. •Hands-on experience with blockchain/Web3 technologies and their integration into larger systems. •Strong DevOps experience, including setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging solutions. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with non-technical stakeholders. •Demonstrated experience in leading technical discussions and driving alignment across engineering teams, working closely with engineering leadership. •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. •Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. •Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). •Previous experience in a staff or principal engineer role, with a focus on architecture and solution design. •Demonstrated clear indicators of strong EQ and compassionate camaraderie when working with teams
