📋 Description
• About SeedLegals: We’re the leading provider of automated legal solutions for startups in the UK. • We believe entrepreneurship should be accessible to everyone. • Since we launched in 2016, we’ve served more than 50,000 startups who have raised more than £2 billion. • We’ve changed how early-stage companies fundraise, reward their teams and scale their businesses, forever. • About the Legal Team: An international team of around 17 people, working collaboratively to continuously improve our products. • About the Role: Lead the product division of the legal team, ensuring legal soundness of products.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise (5-7 PQE) and technical knowledge of English corporate and contract law, as well as the law governing share schemes and incentives. • Preference for additional legal qualification in New York or Delaware. • Experience presenting legal issues to, and securing the buy-in from, the board, senior leadership team and other legal and non-legal stakeholders and business departments • Experience leading teams of 3+ lawyers. • Understanding of the agile product management method. • Proficiency with G Suite, familiarity with Trello, HubSpot. • Embrace the SeedLegals' values.
