• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support Fresh Futures’ business objectives. • Perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic decisions. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. • Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders through visualisations and written reports. • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve platform features, user experience, and business strategies. • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of data to ensure its accuracy and reliability. • Monitor data quality and work with the Data Quality Specialist to address any data discrepancies or issues. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and IT, to understand their data needs and deliver relevant analyses. • Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field. • 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role OR Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships demonstrating proficiency in data analysis tasks. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R). • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques. • Familiarity with data management and data cleaning processes. • Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business objectives. • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
