Description

• Work closely with our UX Lead and Sr. UX Strategist on our Creative Services team to execute research studies for cross-industry clients across both B2B and B2C. • Research coordination and managing the logistics of user research, including study setup, screener development, and participant recruiting. • Conduct evaluative research, including moderated and unmoderated studies to assess the usability and effectiveness of user interfaces to identify areas for improvement. • Conduct generative research, including early-stage moderated research to identify user needs and opportunities for product growth and innovation. • Code and synthesize findings to create insights readouts or slide deck deliverables with relevant research clips for our Creative Services team to review. • Communicate research plans to Creative Services team stakeholders and maintain communication with them throughout the research process. • Proactively manage work - review project plans and briefs, flagging any dependencies or concerns. • Prepare, execute, and deliver all studies on time.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in user research. • Fundamental understanding of web and mobile technologies, and familiarity with participant recruitment and remote research tools such as UserInterviews, UserZoom, PlaybookUX. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects. • Ability to translate research findings into clear and actionable data-driven recommendations.
