• Seesaw is seeking an experienced senior back-end, infrastructure-focused Software Engineer • Take ownership of large-scale projects that underpin our entire platform • Drive strategic direction for core infrastructure • Collaborate with teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure systems • Shape foundational layers empowering diverse product teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in a back-end/infrastructure Software Engineering role • Strong proficiency in Python, AWS (or another Cloud provider) • Strong Computer Science fundamentals - a bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience • Direct experience designing, developing, and maintaining software at scale. • Comfort working within complex systems and ability to write readable, maintainable self-documenting or well-documented code. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bonus credit: Experience working in AppSec and/or InfraSec space, and infra-as-code development experience
