📋 Description
• Seeking a skilled CATIA V6 Composite Design Engineer with expertise in sandwich composite materials to join our automotive design team. • Play a key role in the development of lightweight, high-performance components for next-generation vehicles. • Design and develop composite sandwich structures using CATIA V6. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate composite solutions into vehicle design. • Perform feasibility studies and optimize material selection for performance and cost. • Generate 3D models, technical drawings, and detailed documentation. • Conduct structural analysis in collaboration with CAE teams. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Support manufacturing teams in tooling and production processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. • Proficiency in CATIA V6 with experience in composite material design. • Strong understanding of sandwich composite structures and their application in automotive engineering. • Experience with manufacturing processes such as RTM, prepreg, and infusion. • Knowledge of structural analysis and FEA tools is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
