• Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Process Engineer - Battery Assembly! • Work with suppliers, multiple customers, and departments. • Implement new manufacturing technologies for electric propulsion systems. • Achieve equipment capability and availability targets. • Support the resolution of technical issues as needed. • Exciting opportunities for periodic European and Overseas travel.
Requirements
• C1 English level or above. • Legally able to work in Mexico and open to relocating to the UK after an initial period. • Previous experience in Manufacturing/Engineering processes, tools, and techniques with a hands-on approach to engineering. • Experience in facility installation, project management, capability validation, commissioning, and product launch. • Ability to work within cross-functional teams and flexibility to support projects from early concepts to launch. • Proficiency in using CAD packages to review engineering drawings and models (e.g., Catia V6 & Teamcentre). • Understanding of safe automated and manual manufacturing systems. • Strong problem-solving skills for technical and manufacturing issues. • Previous project management experience (desired). • Working understanding of process creation systems (desired).
