📋 Description

• responsible for the accounting operations and resolution of accounting issues for clients. • main contact for clients, demonstrate expertise in offshore and domestic fund accounting. • manage delegation of funds to team, coordinate/onboard new fund setups. • serve as liaison between clients and internal teams to provide accurate accounting packages. • conduct due-diligence to ensure client compliance with government laws and regulations. • adhere to Anti-Money Laundering policies when reviewing all fund transactions. • generate and reconcile all accounting reporting, including month-end valuation reports. • review and approve month-end valuations before distribution to clients. • authorize wire payments from fund’s escrow accounts. • correspond with investment managers regarding daily inquiries on the fund(s).

🎯 Requirements

• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fund services industry, alternatives experience required. • Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience. • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
