📋 Description

• Responsible for accounting operations and resolution of accounting issues for clients • Demonstrates expertise in offshore and domestic fund accounting for alternative funds • Manages delegation of work to the team and coordinates new fund setups • Liaises between clients and internal teams to provide accurate accounting packages • Generates and reconciles all accounting reporting including month-end valuation reports • Authorizes wire payments from fund's escrow accounts • Conducts performance appraisals, one-on-ones, and supports career pathing and training • Champions a team environment including individual development, promotions and disciplinary action

🎯 Requirements

• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fund services industry, alternatives experience required • Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
