• Prospect for new content creators that are a fit for our key brand partners • Vet creators and their content to ensure that marketing campaigns can be high-performance • Partner with the onboarding team to ensure we have all the information necessary to bring creators successfully into our fold
• Are detail oriented and highly communicative • Have experience with Google Sheets, data analysis, and prospecting • Are well-versed in digital advertising and influencer marketing terminology (i.e. YouTube/Instagram/Twitch metrics and best practices)
• Experience and knowledge of Influencer Marketing, best practices, and deal structures • Career counseling with experienced Influencer Marketing professionals (resume reviews, professional references, career conversations, etc.) • Flexible future employment, depending on mutual fit and company needs
