Description
• Your primary role will be to ensure a great client experience by coordinating incoming requests with our engineers and managing client relationships • You will work closely with the engineering team and lead various project management activities • Our team includes network architects, cloud architects, software developers, and security engineers • You will have the opportunity to work with experts with significant real-world experience and to work on high-impact projects • We also provide many opportunities for growth and will cover costs of relevant education and certification • This is a fully remote position
Requirements
• Basic understanding of software engineering, cloud architecture, and deployment methodologies • Proven track record in managing technical projects from inception to completion • Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on customer success and satisfaction • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Capacity to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and other stakeholders • Experience in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment • Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and user guides • Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs, with a focus on driving customer success and satisfaction • Desired minimum of 1+ years of experience in a technical role, with 2+ years in a client-facing or project management capacity • Must be a US Citizen based in the US and available to work on Eastern Time • Great to Have: - AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications - Experience with Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and SQL
