📋 Description
• Spearheads brandhub Platform development projects and product strategy. • Enables brandhub clients to get the most out of the platform. • Collaborates with the Product Team on shaping the overall product strategy. • Contribute to the prioritization of brandhub product roadmap tapping into client feedback, internal stakeholder feedback, and innovation-based inputs. • Collects client feedback on the platform and shares suggested features with Product Team. • Leads new service development and implementation efforts. • Advises on management of Jira board and create / organize issues. • Develops service pricing strategies, delivers UI/UX recommendations, and contributes to the product roadmap. • Drives innovation and meaningful upgrades in services and processes to help brandhub clients get more value from the platform. • Communicates and leads initiatives to make improvements, whether internal process, or platform development. • Owns key relationships with Select clients focused on driving revenue with projects.
