Description

• Selector is building an operational intelligence platform for digital infrastructure. • Provides actionable multi-dimensional insights to network, cloud, and application operators. • Ensures operations teams meet their KPIs through collaboration and automated data engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; • 3+ years of experience in program management or a related field. • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software product initiatives. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • In-depth expertise in Jira administration, configuration, and workflow automation. • Familiarity with other Atlassian products (Confluence, Trello, etc.) a plus. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
