• Provides user support for the Loss Mitigation Solutions (LMS) workflow. • Manages a wide variety of immediate and longer-term initiatives. • Maintains the LMS testing environment and manages system releases. • Owns and develops the Product Requirements Document specifying detailed functionality. • Collaborates with internal and external teams to clarify requirements.
