Description

• $2,500 sign-on bonus after the successful completion of 90 days. • Looking for a motivated individual that is enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge within the Telecommunication industry and SENKO’s products. • The Product Manager is pivotal in managing a specific line of products within SENKO, particularly those targeted for data center applications and connectivity solutions. • This role involves end-to-end oversight, from development through to sales. • Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends and customer needs within the data center space to develop competitive strategies, managing the full product lifecycle, and collaborating across R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment with product objectives and market demands. • The Product Manager will monitor costs associated with product development and play an essential role in executing marketing and sales initiatives aimed at data center markets. • Regular analysis of customer insights and market trends is vital to understand consumer preferences, identify potential product improvements, and drive innovation. • In addition to developing strategic plans, the Product Manager will track product performance against critical metrics, such as sales volume and customer satisfaction, to inform future decisions. • This role requires a blend of strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, financial acumen, and deep market analysis to support the success and profitability of SENKO’s data center-focused product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred. Other technical degree, or equivalent work-related experience will also be considered • Entry Level exposure in fiber optics is required • 2 years of experience in managing projects or products involving tangible goods required • Ability to travel up to 40%, including internationally, to support sales, customer engagements, and trade shows required • Technical product knowledge/background is preferred but not required • Experience working in global markets or coordinating with cross-functional teams across different regions is strongly preferred • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with additional knowledge of project management software and CRM tools being a plus
