Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field, preferably within the agricultural or greenhouse industry. • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team. • Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans. • Demonstrated financial acumen and strong analytical skills and knowledge. • Ability to build, work, and maintain relationships across the organization. • Deep knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management. • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
