• This fulltime job can be based in any of the Schengen countries. We cannot support visa/sponsorship. • As a Recruiter at Sensient, you are responsible for the full cycle recruiting for various departments and key positions in our EMEA locations, with a focus on sourcing in the UK and Germany. • You work within our global process and applicable laws, recruiting for candidates in- and externally. • You will be reporting to our TA Director, based in EMEA. • Source and identify suitable candidates and create their interest in the role and our organization • Fill positions by writing compelling job postings, interviewing candidates and driving the process through to job offer • Prospect candidates pro-actively to generate well-matched hires for the roles in your portfolio • Educate internal customers on recruiting and set effective hiring expectations • Maintain ongoing contact with internal customers and candidates to ensure exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Extensive international recruiting experience, with a main focus on Western Europe • A commercial mindset to understand markets and match the right candidates with our open roles • Business fluency in English and good German skills. Additional European languages are an advantage • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-, metrics- and data-driven environment • Experience in working with ATS systems
