• The Homecare and Specialty Respiratory Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team within their assigned Division by driving the achievement of sales, profit objectives and organizational goals. • This includes hiring, developing, leading, and coaching a team, supporting the development of sales strategies, and partnering with operational business units. • This Manager will be a dynamic leader who has successfully managed complex sales processes for Non-Acute care products in the Home/DME market and the hospital based medical device realm and also has experience with insurance reimbursement and processes within the home market. • Collaborates with the Director of Advanced Ventilation Solutions to establish sales targets and works to develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve the annual sales objectives • Manages a team to achieve/exceed both quarterly and annual sales objectives and growth targets • Manages several products and/or product lines in both the Hospital and Home Markets • Collaborates with the Non-Acute Care team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education i.e., curriculum, process/tools and programs for focus products
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required or equivalent experience • Degree in Respiratory Therapy with at least 4 years of clinical experience is required • Minimum of four (4) years related sales experience within the medical device industry and/or Homecare Market is required. Prior experience with respiratory medical device sales highly preferred • Minimum of two (2) years management/leadership within the Homecare/DME market or related experience strongly preferred • Experience with billing and reimbursement processes within the Homecare market strongly preferred • Must have demonstrated skills in the following areas: sales results, leadership, coaching and development, budgeting, negotiating, selling and strategic planning • This is a remote position (home-based in the greater New England area) with the ability to travel (20%+) across assigned territories within the US
