Description

• SentinelOne is seeking an AVP of Web and SEO to lead our web and SEO strategy and execution. • This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on leadership. • You will oversee both development operations and SEO functions, ensuring our website not only represents our brand effectively but also drives measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• BA or MS degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience. • 7+ years of experience in website management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven expertise in leading web strategy and SEO functions, with a solid understanding of both development operations and SEO best practices. Hands-on web development experience is a plus. • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or AEM; AEM migration experience is a plus. • Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes through strategic web initiatives. • Extensive experience with technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Google Analytics (or similar tools). • Track record of driving measurable revenue-related performance improvements through website optimization, including conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing. • Expertise in leveraging websites to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics, data-driven decision-making, and reporting. • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing global teams. • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams in a high-performing, fast-paced environment. • Experience in hiring, team development, and performance management. • Passionate, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to pivot to ad hoc tasks as needed. • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills. • Critical thinker with robust problem-solving and research skills. • Collaborative team player with a strong emphasis on teamwork. • Understanding of the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
