Description

• Collaborate with colleagues across Product Management, Engineering, Security Research, Marketing, Services, and others to support the execution of communications to all SentinelOne customers. • Draft systemic and recurring communications to keep customers informed and educated on the latest updates and enhancements. • Develop and execute ad hoc surveys soliciting customer feedback and analyze results for follow-up action and discussion in executive-level reporting. • Undertake other responsibilities, as required.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience or commensurate education in writing, communications, corporate marketing, customer marketing, or public relations with a focus on existing customers • Genuine interest in cybersecurity and delivering on an outstanding experience for customers • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how to adjust to engage varying audiences • Familiar with Marketing or Campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, etc.) • Thrives in a multitasking, fast-paced environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly • Detail-oriented and analytical • Strong team player but still a self-starter
