📋 Description

• At SentinelOne, we’re redefining cybersecurity through AI-powered, data-driven innovation. • Join our team as a Staff Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst and help scale our Salesforce instance. • Collaborate with technology and business teams to identify needs and develop functional solutions. • Maintain interfaces between Salesforce and other business systems like DocuSign, Zendesk, etc. • Provide user assistance and training on CPQ. • Participate in Release Management, System Testing and Migration, and System maintenance as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required) • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Desired) • Deep understanding of the Lead-To-Cash business process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract) and supporting technologies (Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud) • Knowledge of Salesforce API and other integrations • Experience with Apex Data loader, Developer Console, and Workbench • Level of education: BA/BS • 5-8+ years of experience supporting a Sales organization • Highly motivated, independent, thorough, can identify problems with strong analysis skills, and develop solutions. • Hands-on experience with CPQ functionality including Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates in Salesforce CPQ. • Strong communication and change management skills. • Clear, concise technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills. • Strong spoken and written communication skills to address issues and walk users through resolution. • Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills.
